Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

United Arab Emirates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via FedEx, our trusted global courier partner.

  • Free international shipping on orders over AED 1,000
  • Orders under AED 1,000 incur a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your destination
  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days from dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local conditions. FedEx tracking will be provided for all international shipments.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee.

Apprivió is unable to predict or control these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you have questions about potential import fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your shipment directly at fedex.com or via the link in your confirmation email.

Shipping Delays

While we work with FedEx to ensure reliable delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@apprivio.com and we will investigate promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Apprivió cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@apprivio.com — we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched.
