Refund policy
At Apprivió, every piece is crafted with intention and inspected before it leaves our hands. We want you to wear it with confidence — and if something is not right, we are here to help.
Eligibility
We accept returns on online orders within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags remain attached
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is included
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, email us at info@apprivio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval — unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Apprivió will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid FedEx return label.
All other returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Apprivió cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased during promotional sales or marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing and guarantees availability.
Quality Guarantee
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@apprivio.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We stand behind the quality of every piece and will work to resolve any genuine defect promptly.
Policy applies to online purchases made at www.apprivio.com only. Items purchased through our hotel and resort retail partners are subject to each partner's individual return policy.
